The Problem
After acquiring approximately 30 different paving brands, Pave America struggled with managing and integrating distinct digital marketing efforts across its portfolio. Each brand had a unique digital presence (or lack thereof) creating inconsistency in market positioning and brand messaging.

Establish a cohesive digital brand presence across all Pave America brands while maintaining individual brand identity and local market relevance.

The Strategy
Our approach focused on creating a scalable digital infrastructure that could support multiple brands while maintaining individual market presence. We implemented a phased rollout to ensure a smooth transition and immediate market impact.
To tackle the challenge of managing multiple brand websites effectively, we developed a universal website template that maintained brand consistency while allowing for local customization. Our mobile-first, conversion-focused design approach was used for optimal user experience across all devices. We implemented a streamlined launch process that enabled rapid deployment while maintaining quality, building on an ADA-compliant framework, and integrating comprehensive lead tracking and analytics systems.
For organic social, we created a cohesive strategy that balanced brand unity with local market relevance. We developed customized content calendars for each brand, supported by a library of branded graphic templates. Our context mix combined project showcases with educational content, establishing each brand as a local authority while maintaining consistent posting schedules to build engagement.
Our SEO approach focused on establishing a strong local presence for each brand while leveraging the collective strength of the Pave America network. We implemented optimization across 22 brand websites, developing location-specific content that targeted industry-relevant keywords. This was supported by a solid technical SEO foundation that enhanced visibility across all brands.
