$600, a vision, and grit—that’s how Youtech CEO Wilbur You first started the company in 2012. You and his team cold-called 100 companies every day with an offer to build their websites for just $500. The rejections were countless, but sometimes, all it takes is one person to say “yes.”
As a senior in college, Wilbur You founded Youtech. He didn’t have a lot of experience, but having worked in the marketing world, he already knew that agencies would often rub their clients the wrong way. Wilbur set out to change that by creating an agency that truly put the client first. He aimed for a painless experience for all of his clients across the board.
In 12 years, that $600 investment grew into a $100 million company, proving that hard work and passion can truly build an empire—even for those who come from humble beginnings. You has been recognized for his efforts by Forbes, Inc Magazine, ABC, Entrepreneur, and more.

We figure it out
We don’t say no right away when the answer isn’t obvious, or the work looks difficult. We attempt to figure out a solution first. If something is out of scope, that’s okay. We’ll let the client know the solution is out of the scope and what the cost is rather than saying no.
