The Problem

Community Veterinary Partners (CVP) is a network of over 3,000 veterinary care providers across the United States. After breaking ties with their old agency, CVP lost ownership and access to all 125 of their websites. CVP wanted a transparent and flexible partner that would allow them full ownership of and access to their assets. That’s where Youtech came in.

The Goal

CVP needed to get new websites up and running—and fast. The brand was struggling after losing access and ownership of its sites and other marketing assets. Additionally, their previous websites needed a refresh to perform better and generate more leads.

CVP needed 125 new websites that looked beautiful, drove conversions, promoted positive UX, and could seamlessly be optimized for search post-launch. They also wanted to have full ownership of their sites so they wouldn’t run into the same issue they had with their last agency again.

The Strategy

Youtech stepped in and started rebuilding each of CVP’s new websites from scratch. Keeping in mind that the client was hurting from not having ownership or access to their former sites or marketing analytics, our team worked quickly.

We created a universal website template so each site across the brand would not just look uniform but would be efficient to duplicate, customize, and launch. We updated their sites’ web design by adding more color variations to break up the sites and make them more engaging. We also incorporated more eye-catching and colorful CTA buttons to guide the user and generate leads.

Before Youtech stepped in, the CVP sites weren’t optimized for mobile, an obvious issue considering that 58% of global web traffic comes from mobile devices. Youtech quickly strategized to create a cohesive web design for the brand that would work well on mobile. As with all our web projects, we also ensured that each site would be ADA-compliant.

CVP was included in every step of the web build process. We granted them full access to their sites and other assets so they would have the autonomy to manage them independently of us post-launch.

From the start, CVP was granted full ownership and access to each site. We even instructed them on how to operate and maintain their sites independently and provided a detailed user guide for them to refer back to later on.
