Global shoe brand, ASH, wanted to break into the US shoe market but didn’t have a dedicated US site. They needed an agency that could help them create and launch a site while helping them solidify their brand in the US.

On-page optimization: Focusing on transactional pages and collection pages, optimizing on-page elements (content, images, etc.) for both branded and non-branded KWs.
Improved internal linking structure and site navigation: Added breadcrumbs to PDPs, added CTAs to sale products, reorganized main nav menu to improve UX and make site navigation more intuitive.
Technical site health: Redirected 404 pages and cleaned up minor errors across the site.

PPC Results

Upon getting the necessary assets, we launched a PMAX campaign featuring all their products.
In addition to launching the PMAX campaign, we also made some changes to the product titles within their product feed to provide a clearer title for the customer.
The PMAX started having success immediately, and as the bidding strategy learned we saw decreases in CPA and saw purchase/revenue pick up.
Since launch the main things we have done to sustain success is keeping up with the product feed to make sure everything is looking right, and keeping tabs on what has gone out of stock.
When ASH switched from their Spring collection to their Fall collection, we made quick adjustments to the copy and images/videos we were using to capitalize on the new products in the collection and saw an immediate increase in results.
