About the Job:
Youtech is looking for a talented Senior SEO Specialist to join our team. This position is full-time in-house and in office Monday-Friday. The Senior SEO Specialist will be responsible for identifying and implementing search engine optimization efforts so that keyword searches and organic search engine traffic will attract more visits to clients’ websites.
Responsibilities:
- Experience with Google and Bing’s services, including Google Search Console & Google Analytics.
- The ability to deploy an effective local and long-tail search strategy.
- Perform analysis to determine performance and ROI.
- Provide regular reporting on client search performance to the business development team and senior management.
- Develop and continuously optimize keyword lists, copy and landing pages.
- Develop an innovative link building plan for incoming clients.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree Required.
- 1-3 years’ previous experience in SEO, managing SEO accounts, marketing, or advertising.
- Google Analytics Certifications are preferred.
- Expertise in communicating via phone, email, webinar, and face-to-face.
- Ability to adapt to new situations quickly in an ever-changing industry.
- Experience in: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, Google Optimize, WordPress, Shopify.
- Updated knowledge of industry trends
