The Client
Pet Resort Hospitality Group (PRHG) is a national pet-care platform that owns and operates a growing portfolio of boarding, daycare, grooming, and training brands. Its resorts span a wide geographic footprint — Florida, Texas, Arkansas, Nevada, Michigan, California, Missouri, Pennsylvania, New England, and the Washington, D.C. / Virginia corridor — each with its own local identity, service mix, and market.
The Challenge
Every brand arrived with its own website, market, service lineup, and history, and the properties were onboarded months apart as the portfolio grew. Tracking setups and conversion definitions varied from brand to brand, which made portfolio-level performance difficult to read and comparisons unreliable. Bookings run through Gingr, so the outcomes that matter are phone calls, form submissions, and new-client bookings, and the measurement had to capture that call and form activity cleanly and tie it back to the right channel and location. On top of that, PRHG needed efficient, comparable lead generation across more than a dozen distinct local markets and a reporting view its leadership could actually act on across the whole group.

What Youtech Built
Youtech rebuilt the measurement layer across the portfolio first. That meant consistent GA4 event tracking brand to brand, call and form conversion tracking, and Gingr booking and portal clicks captured as key events, all feeding a unified reporting layer through the client portal so leadership can compare brands and months in one place.
On that foundation, Youtech rolled out a repeatable growth model and adapted it to each market. Paid search was structured around how pet owners actually search — Brand, Non-Brand, and Performance Max campaigns, segmented by service line (boarding, daycare, grooming, training) and by location, with location-specific campaigns where a brand runs multiple sites.

Meta Campaigns
Meta ran lead-generation campaigns with qualifying questions and continuous creative testing to protect lead quality

Local SEO
Local SEO ran across every market, targeting high-intent service and location terms and building visibility inside AI search experiences.

Market Expansion
Youtech also supported the group’s expansion directly, standing up marketing for new brand onboardings and new location launches such as Olde Towne’s Alexandria, VA opening and Paws ‘n’ Rec’s Rogers, AR site, plus the group’s retail rollout. As the portfolio grew from seven brands to fifteen, the same model scaled to each new property.
The 30-day result
Once the portfolio was substantially ramped, a single 30-day window came through in the metrics that matter to a multi-brand operator:
~$118,600
Managed paid media
~4,724
Tracked leads (calls + form fills)
~$25
Blended cost per lead
~$78,700 → ~3,587 leads → ~$22 cost per lead
Google Ads (PPC)
~$39,900 → ~1,137 leads → ~$35 cost per lead
Meta (Paid Social)
~40,000
Organic search sessions in the window, with broad lead and keyword growth
Across thirteen brands in as many markets, Youtech generated roughly 4,720 tracked leads at a blended cost of about $25 each. Because the reporting is anchored to consistent call and form tracking across the portfolio, that figure reflects real lead activity PRHG can compare brand to brand. Efficiency held up at both ends of the range: Olde Towne produced roughly 989 paid-search leads at an $8.85 cost per lead, with Top Notch ($13) close behind, while the largest brands — Paws ‘n’ Rec and Bayside — carried the heaviest lead volume across their multi-location markets.

The Broader Picture
Paid lead generation sits inside a wider engagement, and the surrounding channels reinforce the same trajectory across the group:

Organic search
Organic search drove roughly 40,000 sessions across the portfolio in the window, with strong lead and ranking gains brand by brand. Olde Towne alone generated more than 11,000 organic sessions with form submissions up 39% month over month; Meadowlake organic sessions rose 35.6%; Williamsburg sessions rose 28% with contact form submissions up 70%; and Club K9 moved “how to get your dog certified as a service dog” from position 26 to 1 on a 700-volume term.

AI-search Visibility
AI-search visibility grew across the portfolio, with brands earning citations in AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity as content and authority improved — an emerging surface Youtech is actively building into.

Portfolio Expansion
Portfolio expansion continued throughout the engagement. The group grew from seven brands to fifteen under the same partnership model, with new locations launching in markets like Alexandria, VA and Rogers, AR, and the two newest brands (Dog Eaze Inn and Pampered Pets Bed & Biscuit) onboarding after this window.
